as like the title pokemon site is full of bugs, i cant transfer server my device is offline still cant transfer and in forum there is lot of bugs like i was gonna do general complait or bug report but there is no option like start a new topic o basically im using this to report bugs. please consider my problems, please fix this asap

Hello,
I would like to report a bug I encountered with Psychic Marina. After redeeming a Mysterious Ticket for Latios, I attempted a Double IV Reroll. The IVs did not change at all, one reroll ticket was consumed, and now the system only shows the option to revert IVs, which does not work.

Could you please check this issue and assist with restoring the ticket

My request transfer my poke shop and service shop ? In sliver server? But my one poke shop transfer successfully ?? but where is my service shop. I think something bug in forum?
