I'm having a problem with my Pokédex

Just a few minutes ago I checked my Pokédex and to my surprise, Tornadus #641 and Landorus #645 from the National Pokédex appear as seen but not captured. I checked with my other account, where I also have them captured, and they appear as captured there. I hope you can help me resolve this. Regards.

Eruption showing 75 BP instead of 150 BP at full HP

I would like to report a possible issue with the Eruption move on my Level 30 Heatran.

My Heatran currently has 95/95 HP (100% HP), but when I check the move information, Eruption is showing a Base Power of 75. As far as I understand, Eruption should have a maximum Base Power of 150 when the user's HP is at 100%.

I also asked about this in chat, and Game Moderator Zarachi confirmed that Eruption should have 150 BP at full HP and advised me to report the issue in a case.

I have attached a screenshot showing both the incorrect 75 BP displayed for Eruption and the moderator's confirmation.

Could you please check whether this is a display/preview issue or if it is affecting the actual move power as well?

Trainer Tower Issue

Hello there,

During my daycare leveling services, I frequently train with a full party of six Pokémon in the Trainer Tower. I’ve observed that after certain battles, 1–2 Pokémon fail to gain experience, while the rest of the party does.The battle message still states that all Pokémon gained EXP, but in reality, those specific Pokémon show no increase in their experience bar or level progression. This discrepancy occurs randomly and has been noticed multiple times.

Could you kindly investigate this issue and confirm whether it is a bug or an intended mechanic?

Trainer tower problem

When I enter the Trainer Tower, a Pokémon or NPC blocks my path, preventing me from reaching the trainers. Occasionally, I also get logged out.

Can't Teach Acrobatics to Sneasler

I was completing the Hoen Pokedex and I was on route I was completing the Hoenn Pokedex and was on Route 102 hunting Wurmple and leveling up with EXP Candy.

Somehow the first ones that evolved into Silcon were fine, but after 3 consecutive evolutions and leaving the Silcon in the PC, when hunting Wurmple Pokémon again they didn't want to evolve. I'm sure the Pokémon were much higher level than needed to evolve, so I don't know. I also wanted to know if tres any way to evolve one into Cascoon.

The encounter/Pokémon lists are not rendering on the Safari Zone wiki pages. The pages themselves load, but the section where the available Pokémon should be listed is empty.

The new pokemon storage causes alot of loading issues

So I am returning player and the new pokemon storage causes a lot of visual and loading bugs, like dragging pokes from in an out of poke storage and my team rendering properly I have to constantly relog to see the changes taking effect! Is there something I am doing wrong?

Dear staff,

I have a clone, Dawn06, and I used it for dex service. I have some tags to sort my pokemons. When I opened storage, all players disapear and I cant contact with players (cant trade, cant battle,...), NPC, maps,... such as a ghost mode. I want the staff team can fix this bug as soon as possible, this affects seriously to my dex service

Besides, I suggest to add moving tags. That's mean player can move tag up and down.

I just want to tell you that special characters are bugged in PM, and it's frustrating (especially for french people) because it's turned some words into coded message...

That's not pressing but should be better if patched quickly.

Hello, I recently downloaded the game and started playing, but I’m having an issue: the game closes randomly at different moments. I’m not sure what could be causing it. I downloaded the compressed file for Linux and run it through the terminal. When the game closes, no error message appears in the terminal. I’m using the latest version of Devuan.

Last night I changed either the quality of the game or changed it off fullscreen i dont fully remember and ever since then when i load pro i get a black screen then pc kinda freezes for like 2 minutes? how do i fix this. Can u explain for me how the happy hour works?

I see, that money after every battle is doubled, but I dont see that in a normal player vs pokemon battle. Is a battle right? Because we get info that we won a battle but... I mainly farm in cerulean. I dont see more money. In fact I see more money without using this move in a battle. I get like max 600 pokedollars with using it and like almost 700 without using it. Do I need to use this move in a every battle? Or it works only with npc battles? Or it simply does not work at all? And why it was available to get in easter event when its doesnt work at all. Gold's gym and love island bug

Hello, even if I became champion of Kanto. still appears the writing I have to be a champion to go inside Gold's gym.
Also even if I cought more then 120 pokemon and evolved more than 38 pokemons of 1 generation, i still can't go to love island.

hi, this problem is occuring to me frm a while now its not that i cant login in silver at all i can but after a little while it gets disconnected and i cant login in silver anymore some times i have to go to gold and battle there for a while then i try again logging in silver i might enter, but its not always like my current situation i cant login in there at all so i have to come here to post this please resolve this for me .

i am trying to complete the requirements for Latios and Latias Quest. i noticed in my pokedex that i missing Groudon and Kyogre data. i think that i did this before fighting the aqua and magma. anyway in the base Tabitha the admin magma sent me back to pokcenter and the other magma you can fight him many times. i posted screenshots here i did all from the guides can someone know how to fix this? solutions plz?

My nidoking has had dig since almost the start of the game and i have been using it to fasttravel through caves the entire time. i have now reached the indigo plateau and after some more farming it is now telling me i do not have a way to dig every time i try to use it.
is there a known way to fix this issue?

I need to report a bug that usually happen everytime i used waterfall, it encounter poke in the middle of the waterfall. After the fight, it stuck and must be log out and auto takes me back to pc. Please fix it, thank you

Sometimes I login it will stay in logging in only and will not enter the game and simple fix is out the application then open again and after a few minutes or few hours playing, the game will crash. then repeat the same process again and it is very depressing because I am doing buginium z quest and when game crash the status will be a loss and need to wait hours again to try the quest. IT IS VERY DEPRESSING ON THE PART OF THE PLAYERS. FIX THIS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
