I’m contacting you because I’m unable to start the Latios Quest.

I have completed all the requirements, including catching Jirachi and fulfilling the other requirements, but the quest still does not start.

I suspect that there might be a bug, because I completed the Summer Latios Quest before this. Maybe this is preventing the normal Latios Quest from starting.

Could you please check if there is an issue with my account or if completing the Summer Latios Quest could cause this problem?

I recently purchased the Garchomp Mount, but I realized that I would prefer the Dragonite Mount instead.

Information regarding Level 100 Pokemon

Recently, the Mysterious Candy was added to the game. It will allow you to evolve a Level 100 Pokemon that meets all requirements for leveling up (e.g. happiness requirements). This means that the Deleveling Megathread is now redundant, hence why this service has been removed. You can purchase Mysterious Candies in the following locations from the respective Item Vendors:

What do I need to do after my post?

What if I don't have any screenshots or if I don't remember any accurate information about the Pokemon?

Just try to give us as many details as possible, like the name of the pokemon/level and similar. We'll definitely do our best in order to find it.

I accidentally released my Pokemon three months ago, can I get it back?

Only recently released Pokemon can be restored. There is a cooldown for them to be restored. You need to request a restore as soon as possible.

I recently found out from a friend about the NPC that buys items. However, when I choose the PvP Coins option, I'm only able to sell the regular Kyogre and Suicune mounts (the ones that cost 500 PvP Coins).

So I was wondering if there's another NPC that can buy the Xmas Reshiram mount, or if the staff would be able to offer a refund (maybe for half of its original value or something similar).

Either SEEN pokemon like for cerulean cave or CAUGHT.

My question is, if you have not caught a pokemon, does trading for it fulfill the requirement for CAUGHT pokemon, to start a quest or unlock an area?

For example, is the requirement 141 caught OR owned pokemon in kanto dex?

Pokemon that evolve via happiness

We can't help evolving these as trading will reset the happiness of your Pokemon, and trading is the main component to fix the evolutions.

However you can still make evolve your Pokemon yourself. For example if you have a level 100 Riolu, make sure to have max happiness (255) and make it battle during the day. It works for all Pokemon that require happiness during their evolution process.

Area themed Pokemon

We can't help you with a Pokemon that evolve by earning a level in a specific area. If you missed to evolve a level 100 Magneton, then you will have to delevel your pokemon using the Mysterious Candy item that you can buy for PVE or PVP coins.

Pokemon that evolve by having a specific move

You don't require our support if you missed to evolve a Pokemon that should normally evolve by having a specific move. For example if you have a level 100 Yanma that usually evolve by knowing Ancient Power, then just go through a wild battle and defeat the Pokemon. Your Yanma will still evolve even if stuck at level 100. It works for all Pokemon that are concerned by this evolution process.

I have almost finished the mentioned quest. Found and KO'd both Latias and Latios. I went back to Littleroot town so i can make the final descision & go catch the Pokemon but when i interacted with the TV it didn't really let me make a choice, seems like i don't have access to the island & when i go back to check the TV again this message pops: "There's nothing interesting to watch on the TV".

then i cant enter to kalijodo cave or fight with team aqua..

I accidentally bought 300 Ultra Balls while sleepy and lost 500,000. On top of that, I don't really have much money to begin with. Is there any way to return the Ultra Balls and get my money back?

Once the 12 days are over, if I transfer to the Silver server and then do PvP there, would that violate any rules?

I am not using the same account to PvP on both servers at the same time. I would simply be playing on Gold during the waiting period and then transferring to Silver afterward.
