Good day @Luffyg9 Firstly, I want to apologize. I mistakenly told you the wrong information in my previous post. If Porygon was able to learn the move via level-up then you would have used the Pre-evolution Move Tutor in the day care center. Unfortunately, that is not the case. Porygon learns the move Teleport via TM. Unfortunately, we only de-evolve in special cases (e.g., a player's Pokemon was evolved without permission during a provided service). This special case is implied by the General Trade Rule #9. With that being said, we am unable to assist in de-evolving your Porygon2 back to Porygon. I understand that this may not have been the answer you were looking for and I deeply apologize for both the inability to assist in your request and the original misinformation.
