    • Baton Pass + Prankster: doesn't gain priority
    • Baton Pass + Coil: does not pass accuracy
    • Belch: Even without eating a berry, this move still can be used.
    • Bug Bite: Fails to eat the other pokes berry.
    • Bulldoze + Sheer Force ability: Fails to get the sheer force power boost.
    • Burn Up: Doesn't remove the Fire-typing after usage.
    • Chatter: Does not confuse the target.
    • Chip Away: Special effect does not work (It's supposed to ignore enemy stat change, raising def still lowers its attack).
    • Clear Smog: works against Steel-types
    • Counter: Wrong dmg calculation if used from Pokémon with a lower level than the attacker
    • Detect: Two turn moves can inflict secondary effects.
    • Dive: Ignores Water Absorb
    • Doom Desire: Doesn't have charge up turns.
    • Draining Kiss: Doesn't restore Health Points.
    • Endure: Works every time it is used. Supposed to have a chance of failure if used in succession.
    • Explosion: is supposed to break Pokemon's Sturdy ability, but not break Focus Sash. Currently can KO enemy user if they have Sturdy or Focus Sash.
    • Fake Out: Doesn't work when the Pokemon with fake out is switched in with a move like Volt Switch, roar, dragon tail, etc.
    • Flare Blitz: Does not thaw a frozen user.
    • Fly + Gale Wings: Fly gets priority in its first phase and looses this priority in its second phase.
    • Last Resort: Doesn't have a restriction of being used.
    • Healing Wish: Faints the user, but doesn't heal the next incoming Pokémon.
    • Minimize: Doesn't have the correct evasion+, it raises by 1 instead of 2.
    • Natural Gift: Deals damage without consuming any berry at all.
    • Outrage: Still can hit up to 4 times when it should only be 3.
    • Parabolic Charge: Doesn't restore HP
    • Protect: Doesn't work against multi-turn attacks (Bounce, Fly..) and it failing doesn't reset the consecutive Protect usage-counter.
    • Razor Wind: Doesn't have a charge up round.
    • Return: Suppose to increase power with more happiness.
    • Sleep Talk: Doesn't consume PP if you use it whilst awake. Also leaves no message in the battle.
    • Sleep Talk + Sucker Punch: When using Sucker Punch on a sleeping poke, it fails all the time. Also when the user is waking up that turn and is picking a attacking move.
    • Smack Down: Doesn’t bring enemy Pokemon down.
    • Stockpile: Can be used more than 3 times.
    • Stored Power: always has 20 Base Power, does not matter how many boosts you have
    • Storm Throw: doesn't have a guarenteed critical hit chance
    • Synchronize: Sometimes fails to pass status to the enemy Pokemon.
    • Taunt: Able to press status moves while taunted even though you should only be able to attack.
    • U-turn: Cannot use the move if the user has no other Pokémon to swap to. Cannot choose the Pokémon swapping in after the move was casted, happens before.
    • Volt Switch: Cannot use the move if the user has no other Pokémon to swap to. Cannot choose the Pokémon swapping in after the move was casted, happens before.
    • Wonder Guard + Focus Sash: Spikes/Stealth Rocks don't break the Focus Sash
    • Struggle Bug: Doesn't lower the special attack of the enemy Pokémon.

What's the meaning behind this? Is it in part with the custom maps in game, or are the pokemon too strong to handle. Besides tampering with moves seems to me that a professor was scared to be defeated.

This bug happens sometime. I don't know precisely when it happens.
Move name: Mega Drain (with black sludge)
I noticed it on a tentacool with Liquid Ooze ability.
Issue: after using Mega Drain, the Black Sludge damages tentacool instead of healing.

Name of the move: explosion
What is missing: the attack doesn't kill the user when it misses (against a pokemon under ground)
gen 1 move

Name of the move: dual chop
bugs: if this attack hit the target last turn it will hit again even if the target is underground
it should hit twice but it hits 1 to 3 times
gen 5 move

Please update the list. I use it a lot.
