    Hey there, welcome to a small guide about Guild Island! This guide will cover most of your concerns and available content on the Island. Requirements: Being in one of the Top 3 pvp Guilds from the previous season or as a guild having contributed a combined total of 20 Mysterious Tickets to H.Ackerman in Vermilion City. How to access: Speak to Sailor Gordon in Vermilion City Docks, if you have the correct requirements he will give you the option to travel there. The Mysterious Cultist is a Boss NPC, which is located in the Guild Island Dojo located just behind the Pokémon Centre. Lineup: There are a total of 7 Dig Spots on Guild Island which have some fairly rare Pokémon. To access the Dig Spots location, you will need your pokémon to know the move Waterfall or have the Tool to climb Waterfalls. Pokémon & Items Guild Island has various TM and Tutors, each month the rank 1 guild leader from both servers get to select what tutors they want added in the Guild Island Ghost House, keep im mind this changes monthly depending on the top guilds. However on the outside, scattered around Guild Island there are tutors which will stay the same unless a CS decides to change it. Tutors in Guild Island Ghost House: TMs around Guild Island: Guild Island spawns are separated into several different spawn sets these spawns are based on pvp team themes for example Stall or Rain. Each month a spawn set is selected by Eaty to start things off, however if players are dissatisfied or want to hunt other Pokémon from Spawn Sets they will have a chance to change it. This can be done by speaking to the Spawn Ranger NPC, he allows the player to vote for the spawn set they wish to have. However there is some key information when it comes to changing the spawns and the Spawn Ranger: If you would like to know which pokémon is available in each spawnset, there is a link for it here. Additionally there is a Map called Guild Island Falls, this map has a permanent spawn set which does not completely change, however the only thing that does change is the Rare Pokémon which spawns there, this changes every week.     Hey, I would like to suggest to introduce a process which automates or assures the start of a world quest at a certain previously given time. I know its not easy to give estimated times and we dont get any most of the time which is totally fine. However if we do get an estimated time for a world quest for example which is a must for an important and time-limited event like the world quest, it is extremly frustrating for the community if the event does not start at the given time. The world quest is an extremly important event for the players considering its the only way to obtain a mysterious ticket, which enables you to catch certain legendaries, grants your guild access to guild island, unlocks the double reroll service etc. Needlessly to mention some players want to plan ahead so they are able to participate in the world quest. They stay up late, wake up early, even may take a day off work or similiar stuff, you get the point. Yes it is their own decision and their own risk but considering some people struggle to find time to do the world quest and its an extremly limited event since its only once a month that should be understandable to a certain extend. The player should be able to plan ahead of time to make sure to have some freetime during the world quest. I fully understand that there may be technical issues or personal issues, which may delay the start of a world quest, so I would suggest to improve the communication about that part as well. A small message on the #announcements channel on the PRO discord would be enough: >> 'Hey for some XXX reason/s the world quest will/might be delayed [...]'. << Leaving the community in the dark about a very important event which had a set time to start can be frustrating for some parts of the playerbase. I still want to mention that the communication on previous delays has gotten better a lot over the last few months but can still be improved. Lastly I want to mention that this post does not come from personal frustration or 'hate' but rather from the motivation to improve the player-staff-relationship, the world quest and therefor the game itself.

But forget all of that going outside stuff, time to show off your skills and talent with some cozy and beautiful summer time maps! The maps created must include the following to be considered valid: - A lush forest area with a camping site - A body of water, preferably a lake or river - A cave entrance on the side of a mountain - All maps submitted have to be between 60x60 and 100x100 in size. - The PROEditor program must be used for the maps. The editor can be downloaded from #mapping-introductions on the official PRO Discord. - Current staff members, former staff members, mapping apps and former mapping apps are not allowed to participate. - For now only Windows users or people with access to a Windows OS can participate because the editor only works under Windows. - The maps have to be submitted as screenshots below this post by August 23rd, no late submissions will be accepted or counted. The winners of the contest will be announced shortly after and prizes will be sent out. - To get started with mapping you can go to the #mapping-introductions channel in PRO Discord, and to get help from other users you can check out the #map-showcase channel.     -1 Wall of text LUL Smogon (I remember this) Tried only banning Dugtrio, so people started using diglett. When people started complaining about it they realized it wasn't Dugtrio's fault it was Arena trap that is at fault. With arena trap you basically get a free pokemon off the opponents team. One of these that arena trap loves trapping is heatran, one of suns best counters. You might be thinking "Oh Heatran can just ohko Trapinch and its slower!" This is just not true. Heatran can never fully ohko Trapinch unless its +spatk and invested. (and which case you would just have to run a custom ev spread of 232 hp/68atk+/208 spdef to be able to ohko any heatran as well not to be ohko'ed yourself. Arena trap may seem fun and interesting but its deadly to a metagame, even on a lonely trapinch it is deadly. With the amount of uturn/volt switch you can even fun focus sash max atk trapinch so that when you do get in safely you guarantee getting 1 ko off. There are plenty of smogon threads explaining how unhealthy it is, I suggest reading up on some of them. Or if you would like to actually use arena trap just play gen 3 ou and see how fun it is. (note did this with lava plum heatran, with magma storm evs are slightly different but basically the same)
