As you all may know... due to the current changes, all boss and even wild pokes now can deplete the PP of their move, it resulted to very annoying and harder to catch Pokemon like Beldum knowing it has only 1 move which is Take down and has a PP usage of only 20. In other words, you only have 20 tries for Beldum to use takedown before it will struggle itself and thus get killed. So I was wondering how can I somehow improve the chances knowing the problem itself is the PP. As a result.. I found a way to prolonged the PP of Takedown and the key to this are " Leppa Berry and Rotom " The answer is, using Trick to give Leppa berry to a wild Beldum and thus it will replenish for about 10 PP of Takedown. Continuously doing that with other Rotom you have which has a Leppa berry equipped. HOW TO USE IT ? Here is my party 1st slot = lvl 15 sync fainted 2nd slot = Ghost False swiper 3rd slot to 6th slot = Rotom 1 Leppa = 10 PP Now I have many Beldum's Takedown tries unlike before - before = 20 PP - now using 4 rotom with Leppa berry = 60 PP When encountering wild Beldum, use any status move that can decrease the stats of a Pokemon like My Doublade's Metal sound move, knowing the beldum has a ability called Clear body, you can easily differentiate if the Beldum stats get lowered, if it does get lowered it can only mean one thing which it's Light metal. Upon knowing it has a good ability (Clear body), you can now use False swipe then switch to Rotom and paralyze it using Thunderwave. Finally the waiting game begins, spam it using Pokeball or so but always be reminded and note to use trick when the wild Beldum's Takedown is out of PP in order to replenish it and not get killed. IS IT EFFECTIVE? yes for atleast 95% chance at 60 balls. https://www.dragonflycave.com/calculators/gen-vi-vii-catch-rate How to hunt Beldum in 2022 V2.0 I found a way to improve the chance of Beldum to successfully caught it even with or without using of Leppa Berry to replenish the PP. Here's the key "The secret is, by using Entrainment move + Truant !" What is Entrainment? (Coded) What is Truant? So as you imagined, it does 1 round for Beldum to literally do nothing and as a result, it saves 1 PP usage for every other turn. - Before... it takes Beldum to deplete the Takedown 20 PP usage for 20 turns without Paralyze and having missed the move. - But now using Entrainment + Truant : 20 x 2 = 40 turns How to use it? Party 1st slot - Synch poke lvl 15(Repel trick) Fainted. 2nd slot - Durant w/ ability (Truant) lvl 36 to learn Entrainment / MOVES: Entrainment, Metal sound, and Thunder wave. 3rd slot - Any Ghost Fswiper like honedge. 4th slot to 6th slot - Rotom with Trick and has Leppa Berry Equipped. - When the wild beldum spawned, use Metal Sound first in order to know if the ability is Clearbody or Lightmetal, then use Entrainment , switch to 3rd slot GhostFswiper to Falseswipe it, then switch to 4th slot to Paralyze it. The waiting game begins, spam Pokeballs and also be reminded to switch to Rotom to do Trick move to restore the PP before the Wild Beldum's Takedown PP usage hits " 0 " Zero. Because the only time the wild Beldum will eat the berry is when the PP is only " 1 " after doing its last move Takedown! Big thanks to my brother @Mz6ren for helping me !

I can confirm this is the case, unless it has been updated since its initial release. You will need to have won 3 times (doesn't have to be in a row) after obtaining the mega stone, and another 3 times for the next and so fourth. Furthermore, it will not count as a "win" if you're tied with another participant (sharing the first place). Hope this clears up in any misunderstandings that might've occoured.

Hi @FrylockBeedrillite, Pinsirite and Heracronite can be obtained once the player has a Mega Bracelet. Once obtaining the Mega Bracelet the player will need to win the Bug catching contest 3 times for the first stone, further 3 times for the second and another 3 times for the last one. The wins do not need to be in a row and they are randomly. These are also a 1 time only reward. this is from prowiki it says that wins do not need to be consecutive

Continuing B0t's How to hunt Beldum Guide, I had already talked with other players about strats to use after the PP Limit was implemented into Wild Battles. After much consideration, we found the perfect pokemon (or almost perfect because Bestow isn't coded yet): Exeggcute and Exeggutor! So, what's the current situation? Well, wild pokemon now have limited PP. This means that we can PP stall them, whether intentionally or not. Thus, Beldum are now harder than ever to hunt. Beldum has only 20 PP in the move Take Down. After 20 PP it will now Struggle. If we False Swipe it to 1 HP, it will unfortunately faint. So, how do we work around this? Well, we had talked and there was two alternatives. The first alternative would be to use a Heal Pulse - Super Fang - Glare Smeargle and to keep healing it while we spam pokeballs. However, this would take obnoxiously long. So, we found a better method. I present to you, the Exeppcute method. The exeppcute method uses the following moves and strategies: Exeggcute with the ability Harvest, equipped with a Leppa Berry. This pokemon should know the moves Skill Swap (Resort Area Tutor), Stun Spore and Bestow (these 2 are via level up). ^Big note here: Currently, Bestow is not coded. However, when it gets coded, the second step (any other pokemon with Trick or Switcheroo) will be unnecessary and you'll only need Exeggcute + a False Swiper. Any pokemon with the moves Trick or Switcheroo + a Leppa Berry. A Ghost Type false swiper. Optionally, a pokemon with the move Glare. (This move has 100% accuracy and cannot be blocked by any means). Exeggcute can be farmed anywhere, you only need a Harvest one (5% chance without Black Medallion), it's a very common pokemon. It's easy to get in Pinkan Island. The Resort Area is accessible after you beat the Elite 4. A Ghost Type false swiper can be found in Nincada's evo, Shedinja, or Honedge and its evos. Any trash one works. Same goes for your Trick Pokemon, it can be any! We will equip Exeggcute and our Tricker with a Leppa Berry. We will find the wild Beldum (for example). We will immediately switch to Exeggcute (if we are repel tricking). We will use Skill Swap and we will give it the ability Harvest. Harvest is an ability that restores a consumable item onto a wild pokemon. For example, we can Bestow, Trick or Switcheroo a consumable Leppa Berry onto a wild Beldum. When the Beldum reaches 0 Take Down PP, it will consume the Leppa Berry. Afterwards, the ability Harvest will automatically regenerate that Leppa Berry. After Beldum consumes 10 more PP and goes to 0 PP again, it will consume the new Leppa Berry and generate a new one. With this technique, Beldum now has infinite PP! Now it cannot struggle itself to death. After we have Skill Swapped Harvest, we will use Stun Spore to paralyse it. Now, we have 2 options: -If the move Bestow is coded, we will use Bestow and give the Beldum a Leppa Berry. If not, we will switch to any Trick/Switcheroo pokemon and give it a Leppa Berry. -Afterwards, we will switch to a Ghost Type False Swiper. I recommend you use Honedge or any evos for this method. (Shedinja also works). The level does not matter because Beldum will never be able to damage us and Beldum will be stuck in a permanent battle where it cannot faint itself. False swipe the Beldum until it's at 1 HP. Now, spam pokeballs while it keeps spamming Take Down for no damage and eating and recycling infinite Leppa Berries! Here's a showcase on how the trick works. Note that this was recorded vs my other account, but the method works in Wild Battles too. This is just an example so you can understand how the cycle is infinite. I will also record it in a Wild Battle later on. Have fun! This method works against ANY wild pokemon. If you ever were struggling to hunt something, there's your chance!

And after that, can you try to talk with Expert Fisherman to check if you have unclaimed rewards or not? The issue happens as you left Corsica Island before the previous Fishing Contest end, so doing steps above should be able to reset your progress on Fishing Contest so that you are able to join the next one.
