i feel like this is more work than worth, the wiki lists all available quests here and should be up to date 9/10 times, from there just cross reference with what you've done and you'll know what you're missing. In terms of legendaries, just check your box, if it's not there, you haven't done it yet.

Spoilerso far analysis, in the rocket hideout area, much harder leveling with exp share, it went from being able to have a ridiculously high level poke by the 4th or 5th gym to now being slowed down when using the share. i still believe it's easier to do it with just one poke and that the exp share would be more useful for end game leveling rather than story

I didn't do any leveling pre-entering E4 void a couple levels on jolteon and gyarados from trainers that i didn't SS, all the other training was done from battling and rebattling the elite 4 well over two dozen times
This was the final team i had that beat it all

SpoilerHere it is post Bugsy, the main issue i found with this is that his scyther just kills you, and there's no way to prevent that, but there's also no main training area nearby unless your poke is only level ~18-23

I didn't get a picture from Morty's gym, and i'm didn't get one from the fighting one, this one is post steel, only a couple gained from it all though, Morty gave me about 3-4 levels along with the trainers, all the way until the fighting guy, i managed to go up about 5-10 with all the trainers along the water and towards the safari zone
Up to this point it's still a bit hard to level up, as there's not many good areas with good wild pokemon that you can train off of
SpoilerI didn't gain any levels from the gym as i lost it, my feraligatr at the time was 56, he went up after fighting the Steel gym, this is directly post steel gym though, i'm off to mahogany now
Dropped the other three to continue against frosty, or whatever his name is, didn't get a screenshot but i went up from 66 to 68 in the whole ordeal

I didn't use the EXP share much, if at all in johto, and found overall it was much easier than Kanto, not having to worry about being underleveled as everything was going to just the one pokemon, it made it a lot easier to get through it, I think i'll do the same in Hoenn then switch it up in Sinnoh and see if that works

nincada was just trained on the e4 up to 80 for the purpose of the sinnoh entry quest, didn't help for e4 but the e4 made the training a whole lot easier

-1 to the bottom three, +1 to lost tower
The difference with that one is that the other ones actually have a full indoors area, and proper flooring and all that stuff. Lost tower is still just grass on the bottom and is more used for hunting than the others. A comparison i made in the discord is that you don't ride your bike on stuff like the Eiffel Tower, or the CN Tower, so why would you ride it on one of pokemon's iconic towers

It takes away the "legacy" behind it i'd say, older players have it for the reason that they're older players, and have older items, there are several items that are out that other players don't or can't get due to the fact that it's from a past event, maybe have an event reward or prize be that you get to pick a piece of clothing or cosmetic only available from past events, but overall for me it's a -1

oh i think i clocked it, so you mean like, having an item that replaces the pokemon with the move teleport, so you can use the abra/natu without needing to having a pokemon that knows teleport in your party.
yea i could see that as being used, idk how much, or if it would benefit that many but i think i understand it now

idk, to me it just sounds like a tedious replacement for subway, if it's still costly how much would it improve on subway, there's a reason fly was removed and replaced with the subway as is.
My main concern is how would it reproduce the abra teleporting, since that's just done from one end of the route to the other, it's not really anything special, but adding this in just seems like it would be less than pointless, no offense meant. Adding onto the fact that you're still paying for it, it really just seems like you're adding a whole new item to skip one dialogue.

actually i was, they made boss runs easier because you got back to the pc to continue your run, when i was training pokes i would escape rope to heal them, i would save pokecenters with ropes so that i could get back there easier later on without spending 2k more.

Yes but you're forgetting that i also had steady replenishment of them, so while they were going down, they were also going up. Dig spots, Hidden items, i believe some bosses have them as well.

Sorry but this is just a bad idea, it's not feasible, it game annoying to play, because it just means you aren't able to do anything long term without having it be taxed later on.

Yes, i did claim that the impact of escape ropes is minimal because for the average user, they get use when they have them, but won't go out of their way to get ridiculous amounts of them. Since i claimed, and you acknowledged that i claimed, that the impact is so minimal, why's there need of something else that's impact would also be, as previously stated, minimal

Any type of unlimited use item directly impacts the economy more than most other things possible could, for that reason alone is enough for me to -1 this. escape ropes aren't even that expensive in themselves, and you don't have to use them all that often as is, so having even a low number like 50 is still going to last you a really long time. I once bought 999 because i felt like it and it lasted me over a year i recall

simple, it removes the effect of chance. It takes away a prime aspect of risk from general hunting of pokemon, and as a result makes it easier for people just to catch pokemon, as they don't need to worry about getting a nature fail. Yes you can counter point with the fact that it wouldn't be guaranteed, however as it is, it's equal on both sides. Increasing it would just tip the scale one way. which would as a result, increase the chance of getting it, and removing the chance of not. It makes it simple and easy. If we're talking that it is added, I'd say give it a 20% buff for 1 day for, something like 50-100 coins, that would balance the cost, maybe increase the time of it, or buff the chance for right nature, but not guaranteed unless it costs 100 or above.

I'd say +1 to this. Denied i think is needed, if not a whole subforum rather just an updated list of all the denied suggestions, to void people wanting to suggest stuff previously denied, which happens on multiple occasions, the accepted one i don't think is quite needed, since they won't really need to be found again once accepted, since there wouldn't be need to suggest it again afterwards.

Thing is BMS is still only a boosted to 25% chance, it doesn't flat out tell you that you got a hidden ability poke, trace does, an ability from a pokemon. I don't know the exact statistics of it, but I'd be curious to know how many people actually use a trace poke for hunting. Your idea, is that it directly tells you whether or not your sync worked, which is just overpowered, i won't go into details as Iceflake summed it up already. Sync is already a 50% chance, which is as balanced as balanced can get, adding more onto that just makes the chances better. Adding a percentage booster would also be just as OP for the same reasons. Something like that would have to cost significantly more as it would at that point almost be guaranteed to get exactly what nature you want.

I mean, it doesn't sound like an awful idea, it just sounds overly complicated and would provide more confusion and cause more problems than it would actually help out with auctions. It would just be easier to open up a timer app and then just set it on that instead.
I see where you're coming from with this, but then there would just be the issue of having to have the timer always being there and available, which just sounds incredibly tedious to have to always put.
To me it's a -1 just because i personally see it causing more problems than solving any major ones. I also figure eventually we'd have something like this with a countdown clock in an auction house whenever that comes to be

Knockout drops was added as both a QOL item and money sink, similar to how Releasing Pokemon on the spot was added with a fee. I just don't see the chance for them to add an item that could conflict with Knockout drops, while might or might not be a money sink itself.this tbh ^
Knockout drops are the answer to this, you just use it and your poke faints, if you want to bypass the heal just put the poke into your box then heal the rest of your pokemon.

so what if it just said "someone", we know that if there's a name involved it's an awful idea, because then you would basically have to go on offline mode to avoid being flooded with pms, and you say that if there's no name involved it's a big problem, so why not just meet halfway in saying "Someone caught a shiny absol" or "A shiny absol has been caught". Obviously there's going to be newbies asking questions as will there be people that know the game asking questions, overtime it'll be understood easier.
Outbreaks have been out for a long time now and yet there are still people asking about those, not much difference.
Overall i don't like the idea much anyways, i think it's pointless and would just be problematic, but just offering support to your debate

its not even hard to beat it, if it runs scarf, just switch to a resisting move, any type of ice move kills it, most water moves, do, rotom-wash stops it very easily, and he's quite an obvious switch when it comes to it.
He's also not that fast, 91 base speed, caps at 309, sure it beats 90s, but it loses to all the 100s, of whom are very common, yes some switch ins are hit hard, but generally he's not that difficult to take down. -

It's the general idea of adding more fakemons into the game that's a bad idea, it ruins the original aspect of pokemon and throws massive curveballs at every type of value and gameplay from it.
