  1. Hey there! Thank you for your report. This issue is known and only a visual bug. As you mentioned, all self inflicting damaging moves cause the same issue. Your Rattata would have survived with a little bit of HP, but the HP bar went down to the HP you will have after the battle. Then it will subtract the HP you gained from Leftovers and add it in the next moment. As this explanation shows, the effect from Leftovers is not skipped, the battle just has troubles to calculate the HP stat in the end, but should always be correct after the battle ended. TL; DR: The move itself works, even with Leftovers on the Pokemon, it just has visual issues in the client itself. Note that it will get fixed when the Developers have time to do so. If you are stuck, make sure to follow those steps: ▪︎ Try Alt+Tab ▪︎ Use an Escape Rope ▪︎ Try battling another player and losing, this should bring you back to your last visited Pokecenter ▪︎ Try typing /ref into the chat bar, or clicking the refresh arrow on the bottom toolbar ▪︎ Log out, and then back in ▪︎ Close the whole client and start PRO again I hope this solves your issue, if you need further assistance, please let me know.   5. Hey there! Sorry for the inconvenience that was caused. You cannot boost the speed of your Pokemon outside of EV training and the item Choice Scarf. Your opponent most likely was using a rain-based team, which means that he had a Pokemon with the ability Drizzle. The Ludicolo from your opponent most likely had the ability Swift Swim, which doubles its speed when the rain is active. The rain most likely faded away once you sent in your Heracross, which means that it was faster because Heracross has a higher base speed than Ludicolo has.   7. Hey there! The Blue and Red server were merged some months ago, you would need to merge your account on the PRO dashboard. Please select the blue server as your main server there, as you played on it previously. Also check the thread here if you have any questions about the merge. Unfortunately I have to tell you that account resets are not given unless the topic to request one is open, but it was closed again very recently. If it is decided to be opened again, make sure to check the Announcement section on the forums or #announcements on the Official PRO Discord. Even though we are not able to reset your account, you may create a new account, with a different name, though. As the Game rules state, you may have up to four accounts.   15. Hey there! Sorry for the inconvenience that was caused. This bug is a known issue, Developers are aware of it, but there are things that have a higher priority than fixing this issue. Also, all Staff members work as volunteers, which means that the real life always comes before PRO. This list here might help you, it shows you all the moves and abilities that are currently not working. I can also highly suggest you to count down the Weather Turns on your own in any chat bar in order to not encounter this bug again. I hope this helped you. Thank you for reporting it, nevertheless.   17. Hey there! Sorry for the inconvenience that was caused. To you first point. I assume that you were against a NoGuard Pokémon, like Machamp, which used Ice Punch against your Pokémon in the air. This is the correct interaction of the ability and the move. You can find more about that here. To your second point. Beldum has one of the lowest catchrates in-game, it shares the same catch rate with the legendary Jirachi and other legendary or mythical Pokémon. The catch rate is the same as in the original games, so we cannot really do anything about it. The best way to catch it is by False Swiping it with a Pokémon like Aegislash, which cannot get touched by Take Down but can False Swipe the Beldum. You can also use a Masterball or multiple Ultra Balls in order to catch it. I hope this helped you. I hope you have a great day, nevertheless.   19. Hey there! Sorry for the inconvenience that was caused. The Blue and Red server were merged a while ago and renamed to the Silver server. Log into the dashboard and choose the merge option, be careful and choose the Red Server as your main server. You can find more about the merge here.   22. Hey there! Sorry for the inconvenience that was caused. Are you sure that you did not disconnect? If your connection is unstable, this could be the reason. A server sided crash could be the reason, as well. This can happen when the server is overloaded. Keep in mind that these crashes are not intentional and can happen from time to time as PRO is currently in the BETA phase. You can check the server status by checking the page here or typing ^up in #bot-commands in the Official PRO Discord. You might also check your internet ping by pressing Windows + R and typing ping -t 8.8.8.8. This will display your ping, if you get Request timed out lines, it means that some or all of the data didn't find their way to the server, which makes you time out in-game. If you happen to disconnect while attempting to catch a shiny, rare or a Pokémon in a special form, keep in mind that we can not compensate you. You can check the thread here for more information about disconnects, random disconnects from the servers' side and rollbacks that might happen because of this. I hope this helped you!   23. The only way you can do a lending trade is by casting the command /trade <username>,duration (note that duration is in days, the least duration being one day and the highest 30 days). If you traded him by right-clicking him or casting the /trade <username> command, we would need evidence to give you back the Pokémon. Sorry to disappoint you, but I hope you can understand that we cannot give back Pokémon without any evidence of owning or lending them.
