Reason it took so long, beside the fact we are having a staff-shortage, is that unfortunately there was an issue on database side and we have no way to log of the purchase.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE
To participate, show your Pokemon to Hunting Contest Judge in Aphrodia Island, who will judge your entries, and will reward points based on the Pokemon’s rarity, nature and ability. Additional points will be rewarded if the Pokemon is a Valentine or Shiny form.
The Hunting Contest Judge will not take your Pokemon, once submitted, they will remain in your account. You may submit multiple Pokemon to be judged, there is no limit.
Pokemon eligible to be submitted to the Hunting Contest Judge must:
- Be caught after the event has started.
- Belong to an evolutionary family, that has a possible Valentine-Themed variant. A full list will be provided shortly.
The Valentine Hunting Contest will be implemented and begin as of the Valentines Client release.
Do not begin hunting before the new client has been released.-

Given the reason mentioned in the alert that I sent you, the original thread had to be splitted in order to be moved in a private area.
First of all, let me explain that two players from the same house can compete for the Top 25, as long as they follow the PVP rules and subsequently it can be proved, if necessary for possible rule violation, that they are not the same person.
It's important to be able to prove (either thanks to our tools or through the players themselves) that it's two different people, because otherwise anyone could ladder with 3x accounts (obtaining 3x rewards) and claim they are their 2 brothers, while it might not be true.
We have several people playing from the same house, including couples, brothers, university roommates, and so on, and it is not our intention to restrict/limit them by allowing only one of them to enjoy the game.

Hello there Yauga and thanks a lot for your patience.
After asking the Content Admin, the reason why the NPC does not stop players from purchasing more units of the same crystal is because, while in the official games you can assign one crystal to more Pokemon, on PRO that is not possible and therefore players might need more than one.
Given your request, I have now removed one crystal from you and added 45 PVP Coins to your account.

Thanks for your patience.
I want to start by clarifying that in-game refunds (to not confuse with donation refunds) are generally requested in situations like:
- User buys an item twice by mistake (e.g. 2 pickaxes);
- User buys an item to sell it and finds later that it's untradeable;
- User buys an item and it's not in the way it was advertised and similar issues (e.g., glasses in the icon are green, but you buy them and they are orange);
- Bugs and similar.
In your case, you intentionally bought the EXP Boost and also the Zorua Hat (as stated by you as well); however, you made a mistake and bought Dewott Mount rather than Oshawott Mount.
Given that, I cannot refund you the EXP Boost or the Zorua Hat exactly because they were purchased intentionally and do not fall into any of the above or similar categories.
However, I switched the Dewott Mount with an Oshawott Mount since that's what you originally wanted, and I understand mistakes can happen.
Please understand that if we start to refund players for items they intentionally bought but now don't want anymore, either because they don't need them anymore or don't like them anymore, it would just create an uncontrollable amount of requests and we would have no way to deal with it as it would be impossible to place fair limits.
With this said, I will lock this thread and wish you a great day.

I am sorry for the delay and the inconvenience experienced.
Considering this is about 'spawning money' (a refund), we have to properly review the entire case to collect the proper evidences in order to make sure to refund only the people that actually suffered the loss due to the bug.
Without verifying the situation, anyone could claim they paid 500k instead of 250k even if false and we would end up gifting money to a player, which would be a huge problem.
No worry, if you really suffered the loss, you will 100% get your money back no matter what; but please be patient until then.
Once again, I am very sorry for the issue.

Step into a vibrant world of Pokémon customization with the introduction of Chromas, an exciting new system that lets you customize your Pokémon companions and cosmetics like never before!
Chromas are customisation items, that can be applied to a family of themed-form Pokemon, changing the colour and skin.Chromas are stored in your backpack, in the Chromas tab:
The Chroma can be applied to any member of the evolution family, including some corresponding Items such as mounts and cosmetics.
For example, the themed-form Xmas Charmander currently has two existing Chroma Variants, Eternal and Everburn, and are exclusive to the Xmas Charmander form:
Chromas and Chroma Variants are not tradable, however, they are removable, so should you change your mind and want to revert the change, you can do so.
Note: It is currently not possible to apply a Chroma to an item or cosmetic, this will be introduced in the future, and will be announced in the PRO Discord on release.
To apply the Chroma to your desired Pokemon event-form, you need to own both:
- The desired Chromas item you want to apply;
- The Pokemon, mount or cosmetics to apply the Chroma on;
Once you own both, you can interact with Painter Fabio in the Department Stores (Celadon, Goldenrod, Lilycove, Veilstone) to apply or remove the Chroma.
Note: You don't need the form to purchase a Chroma, which is especially important for time-limited Chromas and allows you transforming cosmetics without having the forms. However, you do need the form to transform a Pokémon into that Chroma.

As we embark on this magical Christmas season, we wanted to share some news that we hope will make you happy!
Starting December 24th 12 AM GMT+0, every player will be granted a gift: 3-day access to the event-exclusive map, Evergreen Island Village Cave, where you will be able to hunt Zorua.
You will also be able to transform a Zorua of your choosing, that you have caught during the event, into its Christmas-themed version!
To join Evergreen Island Village Cave, you must speak with Elf Rudy in Evergreen Island Village, which can be accessed from all port cities: Vermilion, Olivine, Lilycove and Canalave.
You may catch as many Zorua as you can during the event, but you can transform only one Zorua, and it must meet the following requirements:- Must have your OT;
- Must be caught in Evergreen Island Village Cave;
- Must be caught after the event start, 24th December 12AM GMT +0;
You can transform your Zorua by speaking to Elf Rudy.
IMPORTANT INFO:- The zorua will become UNTRADEABLE once transformed.
- Zorua is Shiny-locked on Evergreen Island Village Cave, which means you cannot find a Shiny Zorua.
- A Shiny version of Xmas Zorua does not exists.
The Evergreen Island Village Cave and the ability to transform a Zorua will accessible until January 7th 11:59 PM GMT+0.
Players can activate their 3-Day Access at any point during this event, however, it cannot be paused once activated.
Be aware that if you activate your access within the final 3 days, any extra time will be lost. To avoid missing out on any time, we recommend that you activate your access prior to January 4th 11:59 PM GMT+0.-

I'm sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing. Unfortunately, this is a very rare issue that is 1 person on a 10.000 experience, so it's not easy to find what causes it.
Could you perhaps try to:
- Disable the V-Synch and play with it disbled for a while and see if you keep experiencing this issue
- Try to switch from Fullscreen to Windowed and back to Fullscreen.
I also suggest you to check the NVIDIA Panel Control, 3D Settings, to see if you have changed them somehow and therefore might conflict with PRO. If you did, maybe try as well, together with the V-Synch, to restore them to default.
Let me know if you still encounter the issue.

This tournament is for the top 25 players of the ladder of Octrobe +November 2023! Please register within the next days!
This instance of the ladder tournament will be held on PRO !
Rules- Ranked PvP Rules apply. Please familiarize yourself with these if you have not done so already.
- If you disconnect, it will be counted as a loss unless your opponent agrees to a rematch.

Finish the matches within the stated time:
- If you didn't complete your match within the stated time, the winner will be decided by coinflip.
- If your opponent tried to contact you and you didn't react within the stated time, you will be disqualified. -Evidence is needed in this case!
- You will have 2~4 days per round!
- You can use as many Pokemon as you want and don't need to register them.
- You can only use Pokemon that are catchable and not banned on PRO.
- You have to join the ladder tournament discord, before the tournament starts. You can join it from here: https://discord.gg/abURfcdMkX
- Battle MUST be started using the command /battle Username,true - This command enables the PVP rules blocks, like normal ranked.

You can use all Pokemon, abilities, items and moves that were coded and allowed, when the tournament started.

Q: How do I join the Tournament Discord Server?

Q: We didn't finish our match within the given time. What happens now?
- If you tried to contact your opponent and s/he didn't answer, then your opponent will be disqualified. Evidences are needed.
- If both of you didn't try to contact each other or weren't able to agree on a date, then the match will be coinflipped.
Q: I can't agree on different terms with my opponent. What happens now?
- If you make reasonable suggestions and your opponent does not agree without making his own suggestions, then it will count as a refusal to battle. If you and your opponent make reasonable suggestions, but still can't agree within the given time, then the match will be coinflipped.
Q: Where the tournament will be held?- The tournament will be held on PRO LIVE Servers. Participants are added on a list (together with all Top25) and given FREE TRANSFERS for the entire duration of the tournament.
Q: What is happening if there is a bug or if someone abuse a bug?- If you or your opponent encounter a bug during one of your battle, the battle will be canceled and will have to be played again, abusing intentionnally of a bug will result to appropriates punishments given by the Tournament administration.
Tournament Prizes
Choose between one of the following:
- Any UNTRADEABLE (catchable, non legendary) Pokemon with IVs maxed at 31 30 27 26 25 22 spread as the winner most prefer, with nature and ability chosen by winner.
- An Untradeable Shiny Pokémon contained into THIS REWARD LIST with the Main Stat 31 IV and all the other IV centered (But not limited to) around 20. Nature and ability chosen by the winner.
2x Reroll Ticket with and 2x IV locked
1x Reroll Ticket with an IV locked Toxicity leads to a Toxic Orb instead of the prizes above.
