I caught a ditto and about 2 minutes later the server cancelled out, the ditto isn't in my pc but all of the poke-balls I used are gone. I can understand if the server fault meant that my ditto catch wasn't updated to the server but the fact that I still loose all of the pokeball doesn't make any sense. Is there anything I can do about this (I have already spent the best part of 2 hours searching for one)

Hey, I am doing regi quest, first I showed Apo the 3 monkeys, then I defeated him, after that to enter the regi cave i need one of the three keys, frozen, metal or stone key I found for every 3 keys, the 3 shards and the maniac always said to me here is the key / do you want your current key for a new one, but i do not got any key. When I want to talk him again he says I hope you are taking good care to the key. When i will talk to another Maniac again they ask If I want to trade my key for another key. When I press yes I still have no key. I have 250+ hours, I am Hoenn Champion and I have the dex datas of all 3. What am I doing wrong? I hope someone can help my.

I was checking my account status then i went to the transfer tab and by accident clicked on transfer button. Is there a way to retransfer with out losing my coins? It was by accident i didnt mean to transfer.

Hello, these days an idea came up to create a custom Majora Mask (TLOZ) suit for the game (I am not asking for any monetary gain, I am doing it as a hobby), but if my request is accepted, I wish they would send the Pixel Art of a PRO base suit for my personal email, if possible I would like someone to contact me.

I seen in the recent update logs that there was a bunch of new hair styles added and I went to buy a magic mirror for my alt to see them and change my hair but I didn't see any of them. Is this a bug or was it not added into the magic mirror choices?

Dear PRO Team, I have been playing since a lot of time and at the time, where PRO reformed in the past i lost my friendlist so i guess its deleted. A friend, which i've been playing with wants to play again with me. He doesnt know his username anymore. Is there a way that i get the names of my old friends? This would help me a lot! I thought maybe the new update would fix this issue but it hasn't. I have had this bug with invisible characters and NPCs and am not sure how to resolve it. Its been like this for me for a long time, the game used to work perfectly fine for me. I am playing on somewhat new Macbook Pro so I feel like I meet the system requirements. I attached a screenshot showing what I mean. Any help is appreciated i've tried deleting and reinstalling the client, restarting computer, creating a new account. Hi, i am an old player in this game. The app is working in my phone lately, maybe its been 1 year already since i played this game. I missed to play this game, actually pokemon is the most favorite game of my life. But earlier i downloaded the apk in my android phone. Then when the downloading is finished, i installed it immediately. But when i start to open it, the game is completely black screen, it is completely black screen, i waited for such an hour but it is never loading. But the app is working in my android phone since the last update but why isn't working right now? please help me.

Hey i wanted to see if i can get a unmerge. i screwed up. i have not logged in so long now. I was told to merge my profile to be able to play again. I was on the blue server. but i hit red to merge to silver. but i wanted to merge my blue to silver. Can this be done? If so can we do this? and also when this happens can i get a link to merge them again? please and thank you.

I have a problem, after the servers were closed yesterday, it has not allowed me to get into the silver server, only the gold one and sometimes it is not when I want, I want to know if it is a problem of the servers that may be failing a little , or if the problem only I have and if so please tell me how to restore it and if it is not and it is a server problem tell me how long it can last. : /
