Hi, I have completed all the requirements to be able to catch one of the legendary dogs, I still can't do it, I have the necessary hours, completed the Johto league, have their seen data from there respective locations, have johto pokedex completed with lugia and ho-ho caught data, have the bell for the dog i want, beaten 3 time on a row the guardian but still no appear the dog. Please let me know if there is something I am doing wrong or if it is a bug.

Hi! So I was testing these xmas charizard chroma on my mount and realised that we can't remove the chroma skin once we painted it :d and I like the normal xmas mega charizard x mount than the chroma one. Can I get my normal mount back somehow? And also one of my pokemon is missing its a 100lvl dragonite ada ha, ot is immortalrager. Can I know who has it right now

hello, im having connection issues due to storm and i got disconected by lag like 24 hours ago. Problem is that i cant login to gold server as it says im already logged in but i can log in into silver where im not playing, how can i solve this? tx

Hi, last season in this account, i was doing ladder on normal ranked in gold. Since season update is delayed, i have to transfer to silver before i can accept season reward. Can i request the reward to be transfered to silver? My gold acc currently doesnt even have 1 badge. Thnx -
Hello, I posted twice on the recovery page (2fa email recover assistance) in the forums trying to recover my account which i have had for a while now, problem is that i don't have access to the email it is originally linked to anymore and when i log in it says it has sent me an email and i can't open it. So i don't know where else to write so i thought maybe i can try here because i have not gotten a reply there yet.

Hello, i have a missing pokemon of shellder (lvl 5)in my box... when i link the pokemon in trade i can see that (i have the id from before as i wish to sell it ) before several hours i could see it normally in my box.. but know i cannot see it but can link it in trade chat. Id of the missing shellder - [Poke54563414] I'm given to know that even if the id of pokemon is with me and the poke is released i cannot link it in trade chat. i dont know what happened in my case but it prevents me from doing anything to that shellder right now. shellder.mp4

Yo, i leveled my Riolu to 100 in Night so it doesnt evolve. I tryed it with Mysterious Candy but its bugged for my Pokemon i guess. I resettet happiness and it wasnt working aswell so i need help to evolve that Riolu to Lucario. Greetz, mvn

So at the moment I have 2 auctions(1 form auction, 1 regular) which have both ENDED but i'm waiting for buyers to get on. In one case its been almost 40 hours. My question is, Can I start a new auction, seeing technically the previous ones are concluded, just waiting for responses. I did read auction rules and didn't see much about it. Thanks in advance!

Hello, I accidentally bought a Z-Crystal I already had in my backpack. I thought it would block the purchase to limit the quantity to one and so didn't check my inventory before buying it. I heard later it would be possible to fix this mistake on your side with a refund of the coins used, removing the additional z-crystal. Normally I used PvP Coins (x45) for it. Is it possible? Hi! im unable to enter genesects room, the contest judge wont give any special dialogue despite the fact that I've hit 500 hours and caught a pokemon with 140+ ivs. I've googled it and no where does it say theres an additional requirement.

Hi guys, birth island is still dont working for me. Here is my Cobalion, but i dont get Virizion and Terrakion. I tried it 4 times again and this spawned. Just tell me after check and repair that i release the pokémon for refund the tickets. Thanks
