Hi so I was under the impression Xmas Zorua recolor meant it recolored base skin and I never knew there was an event form given out years ago. I ended up buying the Chroma thinking it would recolor my base and now I can't even acquire the Xmas form even if I wanted too. Is there any confirmation whether you will re-add the skin because if not I don't want to gamble waiting a year, I would prefer a refund on the 700 Event Coins spent on it. Unless some CC can confirm whether I can acquire the Xmas form to use it.

Hello, I have an issue in evolving Xmas Swampert Mount into Mega Xmas Swampert Mount, but I receive an info from Norex which is the Mega Xmas Swampert Mount is currently not in client yet. hi good day... i would like to ask i wonder whats happening why is it there are times that when i want to chat thru PM and in Public chats that my console keeps clicking outside that i cant even type a letter on the consoles... everytime i click the console it seems it click outside so when i type a letter its not working then i click again same scenario. i have to click fast while typing a letter to be able to type on console. i wonder why is it like that i test it outside the game even here in forum the keyboard works fine. i even remove the keyboard and reconnect still same problem. i restart still same problem can you help me resolve this one thank you

Before i can download the client.. after i install the client its work good.. then after few hours.. i cant open the client.. its say failed il2cpp.. then now i re-download the client but i cant download it now..

Well, my game, I simply downloaded the new version, but out of nowhere it started to stop working. I can no longer download the 64-bit version, and now every time I download it, my PC stops opening the zip file and shows that it is a virus. and I can't play, I can't download anymore and I don't know how to solve it, I was playing a little until now and this only happens on the computer, on my cell phone it works normally.

Hello again. Thanks for finally "solving" my problem. But to be honest, I created the first post hoping for a faster response than I got (It took 2 or 3 weeks). I assume the delay was due to other priorities (updating), but this delay caused me to lose my client for the shiny mount (because I was going to sell it. You can even check my trade records, where I refund the $ the guy gave me for the mistake I made). So, I'm doing little to nothing with a shiny Moltres mount, so I'm asking for the return of my 2,500 PvP coins. I would greatly appreciate it.

greetings after today's update, my game stopped working. during the auto-updater, my anti virus suddenly popped up and deleted one of the files i tried to dowload the game again from the forum (image below) but, the links from both mega and mediafire are no longer working and the one from ddl makes my antivirus pop up and it deletes the .dll file (if it helps, avira triggers a virus called HEUR/APC.griffin) i would like if you could reupload the links to a "clean" game to the forum website so i can go back to the game thanks

I don't see any thread with it, I might have missed it I installed the game again recently, I didn't make a new account but instead i made a new character on Gold, whereas my old character is on Silver with the bought mounts Is there any way to transfer my bought mounts from Silver to Gold character? If I have accounts on both servers, how do i transfer like my Gold to Silver? Do i have to delete the silver account? -
The problem was that I did 5 hours to pass the cop blocking the road and I still couldn't pass him, I practiced a lot of times and almost got to the way but the cop was so fast that there didn't seem to be any waiting time for the player to go in. So i got Soul Bound Thundurus reroll ticket just few minutes ago from pvp chest and when i was about to reroll, i actually rerolled i see the preview of its stats changing but then i log out accidently and when i log in i lost my Souls thundurus ticket and my stats got back to how they were before . i hope either ways can u guys change the stats back to after i reroll or give me my reroll ticket back -

Hi, I just had a match where a players Mega scizor out speed my Choice Scarfed Timid Xatu. Yipman2 is the account in question. Turn 1 he outspeeds and OKO with Knocks off before Xatu is able to Trick room Edit: Another match, a mega Heracross was able to use rock blast before choice scarf Xatu Timid could use trick room. I dont understand how this is happening.

Hi. I was going to buy Vday Milotic Surf Mount (1st mount in surf mounts section). I was also checking out the ground mounts, had marked Vday Serpier mount, and without really thinking it through, i bought the serperior instead. I've also bought the Milotic afterwards. But the serperior i would like a refund for if that is possible. My own mistake i know, but it was not my intention.. Thank you.

Hello i was buying zekrom wing and naganadel wing from pvp shop. i buy both from my alt N0che. I heard from someone naganadel wings is tradeable and he want to buy zekrom wing. so i buy both at my alt account (500 pvp coin). I try trade zekrom and turn out its not tradeable. I try trade naganadel to my main acc lyn1311 and it works. I heard its a bug, i dont want to spam bug so i left naganadel wings on my main lyn1311. if you guys want to reverse trade, please do it i dont mind. also since its a bug, can i request to turn both back to pvp coins? but if u guys cant reverse it to pvp coins, i dont mind having zekrom on my alt and naganadel on my main tho, its dope af . if you guys need help for me to reverse back naganadel to my alt from main, let me know (both not tradeable anymore)

Dear Admins! We have problem my friend bekkistvan get naganadel wing from pvp shop some day ago and he try trade with other friend ricsi1994 and he can. Trade accepted, work. (In gold) I try to buy zekrom wing at silver server and found 1 ppl who want to trade my (Lynn1311). She/He ask me "100% can trade?" I say to he/she go to gold and try...she/he go to gold and bekk put him/her to...so come back and pay 250pvp point for zekrom wing...and cant tradeable...i was write to Norex and he try to naganadel work. So i think this is bug. And my problem is i feel so bad bc she/he lose 250pvp point for nothing...i think unfair he/she loss point bc something bugged...I would like to ask, respectfully, that the named player get her points back (Lynn1311) trade was i think with she/he alt account (n0ach or something like). Please admins i m feel so bad

Buen día señores de PRO. Quedé top la pasada temporada en gold, pero en medio de la temporada me traslade a silver, al finalizar la temporada toda las monedas pvp se cargaron a gold donde mi pj no tiene ni una sola medalla. Quisiera que por favor me pasen esas monedas a mi pj principal que está en silver en estos momentos. Muchas gracias y quedó muy agradecido
