While i was pvp-ing, my client crashed, and resulted in me losing points and not being able to play for ten mins as it says i "Disconnected" someone please look into it. I don't have video proof, but i do have some screenshots.

I'm sorry i don't have the full video, it seems very unfair that my client crashed, and my opponent got a free win despite me having the upper hand.

Well i am just gonna be frank with you here. Client crashing is somewhat of a problem on your end. It happens in many video games where when you crash you can end up losing a significant amount of progress and no amount of requesting will get you your progress back. Not to discourage you in anyway but accidents like this can happen now and then and we can end up losing things that are precious to us. Its frustrating i know but i have seen people lose shinies for server or client crashes. You can always win back your pvps mate. Wish you the best of luck <3.

I am sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you.

In saying that this is the way the PvP system has been made. The game prevents you from losing ratings if the issue is on our end, for example if the server is to crash, however if the servers are working correctly and you experience an issue on your end (e,g. client closing due to your hardware/pc issue) it is then intended that the match is counted as a loss.

 

Since the issue was not on our end, we are not able to refund you for loss of progress/rating.

 

Disconnectors will be restricted from rejoining the match-making queue for another 10 minutes as a penalty for doing so, and they will also be penalized with a loss: conversely, the lone-remaining participant will be rewarded with a win and rewarded PvP Coins accordingly.

 

Here a few steps you could try, to see if it helps your situation.

 

• Run the game in compatibility mode

• Update your Display/Graphical Drivers

• Add an exception for the client in your Firewall and Antivirus

• Update your Windows Version

• Clear out your Physical Memory or Ram to free up space

• Terminate processes you don't need in the Task Manager
