Norex Posted November 22, 2020 Share Posted November 22, 2020 (edited) Thats not a bug. Infernape just naturally outspeeds Golem-Alola even with a Scarf. Bosses have 400 EVs on every stat on hardmode, so considering that the Infernape is able to outspeed your Swellow as well. As Norex already mentioned, Bosses in hard mode have increased stats due to having 400 EVs in all of their stats (which basically means +100 in all of their stats, including HP, but a boosting nature gets extra stats due to giving a 10% bonus). Thus, your Swellow gets outsped by Infernape, despite carrying a Life Orb. I hope I was able to help you with your concern. Have a nice day.
