Getting almost no exp for killing pokemon!

my girlfriend and i have been playing this game very often over the past week orso, we've purchased the 30 days more exp and money but after that ive been getting around 30 - 40k exp for killing pokemon while my girlfriend has been getting around 100 to 900 exp for kills. Is there some way here account is bugged? She also purchased the 72 hour exp bonus today to see if that would fix itself. To no avail.. She is still not getting any exp while i am heavily outleveling her. Can anyone look into this? Her username is Arcadia635.
