Yerk Posted January 3, 2021 Share Posted January 3, 2021 I was battling a guy and had 3 layers of spikes up. My keldeo was behind a sub and his pelipper used defog and it failed. I tested this with a friend and was able to recreate it. We also tested if defog against Keldeo without a sub would fail but it did not so it must be because of Sub. Defog clears all hazards just as it is intented even if the pokemon is behind a substitute.
