Soccer89 Posted February 13, 2022 Share Posted February 13, 2022 I have a windows 64 bit computer and whenever I download any of the three download options I get the folder in the top picture. When I click Pro Client I get an error, but for last couple of years, before this update, all I had to do was extract it then it would run. However what I get instead is the bottom picture which for some reason removes the pro client. I don't know what to do. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Norex Posted February 13, 2022 Share Posted February 13, 2022 Your antivirus most likely blocked some files from being dowloaded or extracted. Delete all the files, clear your trashbin as well and restart your device. Create an excepetion for PRO on your antivirus software and download + extract it again. Then try to run it again. Monhuntress Posted March 10, 2022 Share Posted March 10, 2022 to temporarily disable virus setting on windows to install or updating pro... go to start >settings > update & security > windows security > virus & threat protection note x2 > manage on virus protection settings > turn real time off ( it will turn back on itself) leave open until you have the game installed good luck Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
