None What have you already tried to solve the problem? read the FAQ and search others who have same problem in forum Description and Message Need help, i got a message that my account have been banned when i tried to logged in, I check my account status it is not banned. what should i do to fix it? Ghostmaster Posted May 19, 2016 Share Posted May 19, 2016 I have this issue sometimes, what helps me past it is I use a free vpn client like SoftEther VPN Client or sometimes when I completely close the game and run it as administrator it works properly and that message goes away.
