Please help me! Hi. I am really sorry, but we only delevel Pokes that are Level 100 and not fully evolved yet. :-/ But you can just catch a Level 50ish Gyarados on Route 227 and do the Heatran Quest without EV-Training. Worked fine for me. Just catch some backup Pokes as soon as you enter the Cave and you should be good to go. I'll be on the morning too 11:00 - 14:00 Note that Togepi can still evolve to togekiss at this stage as Togepi evolves into Togetic via level up and Togetic evolves via shiny stone. Since we only offer de-level to cases where players can't evolve a pokemon due to reaching maximum level, we won't be de-leveling your pokemon.
