Upon registering to PRO, you provide us with personal information, this includes the personal data you give us directly, personal information we collect automatically and personal data we collect from other sources. In order to protect the privacy interests of minors, we do not allow children under the age of 18 to participate in any service provided by PRO, including both forums and game, without the consent of a parent or guardian. - PRO staff's access to your account
PRO staff may be required to access your account. This access is required for our services to identify any errors and to monitor suspicious activity. Staff may be required to monitor your activity whilst in-game. Private messages cannot be viewed and your password will not be required. PRO staff will never ask you for your password. - How we protect your Personal Data and Information
PRO maintains and ensures reasonable security procedures to protect the confidentiality and integrity of your personal data. We make every effort to protect your personal data from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Access to personal information collected is limited to a very small number of people, and our staff is routinely updated and debriefed as our security practices develop and evolve. Staffs are limited in the type of personal information they can access depending on the access level that staff member has. - Cookies and local storage
