Hello @1villain You can use the Dashboard to transfer to other servers. This service is free once every 30 days, and costs 100 coins every time you use it again. In order to transfer, use the Server Transfer option on the dashboard on the left after you logged in. All further information regarding this will be explained on the dashboard. (You can click the white text) Whenever you transfer, your gold and silver characters are essentially swapped and as of now, there's no way to only transfer a Pokémon.
