The game doesn't put me in the queue system

Before the update, when the server was full, I was put in a queue but now when I click on “login”, the game freeze for 3-5 sec and the message “Logging in” appear and then disappear. But if I wait, nothing happen. I hope someone will be able to help me.

Did you go to Jackson's house ? First talk with the receptionist in the school. You have to talk with his mom, return to the school and then you can pass.
