Hello, i have problems with the cresselia quest , i cant see the gengar on mt coronet 4F, i did in order the first part of the quest but i cant find the gengar u.u can you help me pleaseeee!

Good night, i need help with the cresselia quest, I can't see the gengar of mt coronet 4F, i relog and restart my game but i didn´t see it. I did in the order all the first part of the quest and i have the screenshots. I asked on all channel and many guys have the same problem. Greetings.
