I already talk to prof rowan at statue then he ask me to go to sailor near canavale like as phot attached.. i play the quest story until i wake up the nezuko and finish settle the unruly pokemon n wake up the sleeping pokemon, after that i go moon by elgym and nothings happen and sailor at canavale also dont want to help to tell me about doctor house near mosdeep space centre helping making awakening potion. Doctor house also dont want me to disturb him working.. whats error here can u inspect the problem sir bacchylides?

Hi im doing cresselia quest, but rocket grunt didnt appear near sailor darlow at canavale dock. How to resolve this to complete my cresselia quest? Can staff help me?
