I dont have omastar and noctowl or dragonite yet but the others are about level 40 they "ll be leveld up when the time for the elite 4 comes

I am not the best at pokemon so i would like to ask for some helps with some of my pokemon final movesets. :Grin: Pikachu (Raichu) Ursaring Budew (Roserade) Vulpix (Ninetales) Noctowl (....)means they haven't evolved yet.
