I'm trying to log in in both silver and gold server, after a while it says that I can't connect to the server, I go look up on server status and its online. Can anyone help me?

me and my friend had accounts when there was 3 servers, he forgot his account and created one on gold. I started with him on gold but my mount is on my main on silver. Since I did not choose the server I was changing my main to I would like you guys to transfer my mount to gold so I can use it there.
