My Pancham is 95 level but it still not evolving. Help me to evlove this

For collecting mega stone of venusaur at first i talk to professor oak at pallet town. Then i hunt a bulbasaur and submit to him. He accept it and then i ev train it and level up it. But now he is telling that i didnt shown him a bulbasaur and order me to caught another bulbasaur . Please help.
