I am stuck behind oddish on route 37 Johto.

I could just let my mons faint, but the are in the 60s. It would take forever!

I was cycling through Mt Moon next to the gyarados named Pompom. I then experienced some lag in the game and I am now stuck behind the Gyarados. I can't move passed it. Please help. I am on hold server.
