Hey guys, So I've got my Forretress and i wish to relearn him Spikes move, Pokedex (and bulbapedia) states that move should be available @ lvl 28 so it should be available @ move relearner, yet it isn't. I tried relogging, trading, asking on help channel, everything yet to no avail. So the least i could do is post here. Please answer ASAP. Thanks a lot for reading guys!
