Nope still not able to merge. I'm not sure if this is something to do with it or that page is just down

when i try to login to silver it says incorrect username or password, but when i press login to gold it works fine. Why can't i login to silver?

I'm trying to transfer my account to silver but my account needs to be merged first it says . but when i go to merge it says the page can't load. HELP MEEEEE
