I just created an account and downloaded the program, and I was able to log in successfully at the start. The problem arises when loading the map. It's been running for 13 minutes with no progress bar. The progresss bar is actually intractable, and does nothing else but go where you click it. I deleted and reinstalled, but the problem is still there. Anybody know what's going on and how to fix it? Thanks in advance
