Thanks for the response but I only ever had one account

So I haven't been on recently because I'm exams so I update PRO but when I go to click on the silver server which I was told was where I was suppose to be as I used to be on the red server its says invalid username or password but when I click on gold with the exact same user name and password it lets me in and its makes me choose my appearance again and then when I get in i'm back at the beginning and I have no Pokémon or items!
