I had defeated hoen elite 4 and went to kanto. There I had a quest in which I had to show illumise but unfortunately I didn't have illumise. So I went to hoen again to catch illumise after catching illumise I went to lilicove city. In lilicove city harbour there's no sailor which can took me kanto again. Please kindly help me to fix bug.

I am hoen champion went to kanto and for completing a quest I need illumise which is hoen pokemon so from virdian I again went to hoen region caught the illumise n came to lilicove city n went inside lilicove city harbour but there is no sailor present only the boat is visible. I am stuck in lilicove want to go in kanto again. Please kindly help to fix this bug
