Lol didn't realize there was more than one server now we'll problem solved give this man a bonus

Just came back to the game after a while of being gone to see I don't have any of my costumes, mounts, Pokemon, and badges like I had to start from scratch, I put quite a bit of money into this game when I played previously, I'm just trying to figure out why I don't have any of my items, or Pokemon for that matter.
