What have you already tried to solve the problem? ... Description and Message Hello dear PRO Support ! Im new in this game. First, thank for this online Pokemon, i really like it ^-^. Now the bug. I managed to obtain Ct Dragon Rage and an Horsea in the tree area to Viridian Forest. I wanted him to learn this CT but it doesn't work Yet this attack can learn to Horsea ( available through reproduction). Is this a bug? Thank you beforehand.

I love challenge i lost 3 time beacause ... Eevee vs Pikachu -> Eevee win >.> . It's plaisant. All pokemon game (principal series) are so easy. Just PMD is a challenge :3 -
