I've got the solution, but its not a regular solution, the problem with this game is still occur, i hope its can be fixed.

[Bug Chansey evolving]

My Chansey at level 99 with max happiness (255) doesnt evolve into blissey when i leveled it up at 100 by giving a rare candy, can i get help for this?
