How Come they don't display the level?

Is it normal to not be able to see the level of the opponents Pokemon when fighting the gym leaders? All is displays are question marks.

I'm not sure about the resolution, since the default is what I use, but the GUI is all that is pestering me.

Hi, so I'm new to Pokemon Revolution Online, and I'm not sure if this is a bug or I'm doing something wrong, but every time I relaunch the game, it fails to retain the GUI scale settings. Is there anyway to get around this? Thank You
