Hi Guys... Can you help me, please. How can i teach a pikachu surf?? I spoke with Victor in Fuchsia city and he sayed me that he can to teach to my pikachu surf only if i find "HM broseph" but i don't know where it is. sorry for my error language. i don't know to write english. =( =( =(
