Silver i Cant Duel Coz my Only Pokemon i have is 1 bug pokemon my main pokemon is gone Pls help

I dont have surf because all of my pokemons were gone when i logged in. Unfortunately too, i dont have an escape rope in my backpack, i cant get a fight with a pokemon because i cant even move. But i think i can fight with other players there in dd. Thank you.

Hi Guys, After the server resumed, my character is stuck in dragons den water, i was on surf mode before the server restart and now i cant get out of the water. Please someone assist me on this. Thank you for your support.
