Looking around in the forum i found posts with exact same problem... And the solution is that an admin Just respawned the galactic grunt.. Can someone help me too; i want to continue with the story

I fought the galactic grunt in celestic town but cynthia's grandma didnt appear...now when i go in the cave and talk to the walls cyrus wont appear and i cant proceed with the story.
