Hello, I was playing pvp with my Mega Charizard Y against a rain team. The rain was up and I switched to my Charizard and mega evolved against a Kingdra, but the Kingdra went before me.

Hello, I was playing PVP with a Florges with the ability Flower Veil but my Whimsicott still got poisoned by Toxic.

Hello, I am trying to obtain the legendary Zekrom. The guide says I need to complete the Santa Quest before obtaining the pokemon. Is Cryofrost Town still reachable or is it only available in Christmas event???

Hello, I went to New Mauville to get the Volt Switch move but the NPC is gone.
I also tried buying the TM from Mauville Game Corner but there was none there either.
Where do I get Volt Switch TM?

Around 6:20 is when I Tail Glow twice, meaning that I go 6 stages up in Sp,Atk but a Ferrothorn lives when I do Surf. I believe this is a bug.

Hello, I bought a Dewgong mount from the PvE shop thinking that I could trade it to another player that needed a surf mount; however, it seems that the mount is not tradeable. I know that this is an honest mistake by me but I would like to make a genuine request for a refund for PvE coins as an exception for this one time.

Currently, Mud-Slap is a move via tutor in Generation IV, making it a transfer-only move for Generation VII—the generation PRO uses for Pokémon learnsets.
A tutor for Mud-Slap should be added as Mud-Slap is a very valuable move that can be used in PvE and PvP. One usage of the move Mud-Slap is for Altaria, which can serve as a debuffer when going up against boss teams in order to cripple the lead; however, Altaria cannot learn Mud-Slap as the move tutor is non-existent.

Hello, under smogon for Altaria the move Mud-Slap is learnable, however, when going to the move relearner, egg move tutor, and pre-evo move tutor, Mud-Slap does not show up. Is there a move-tutor or TM for Mud-Slap? I believe this is a bug. Thank you

Hello, I defeated Deoxys on the Moon but the dialogue for Steven afterwards still tells me to go to Sky Pillar. I believe this is a bug - please check it out.

Hello, I started the Alakazite quest by driving the Abra outside of the casino. Then I proceeded to Mt.Coronet Summit but the dialogue with the Alakazam seems to only say "Alakazam is busy meditating." There is no option to give him a Kelpsy Berry. I believe there is a bug of some sort; thank you

Hello, I went to the Eumi Island Town NPC for tutoring Wish. It says that Latias cannot learn Wish, but that is not the case when referencing the move on smogon which is linked here.
