have you tried to reboot your router, then run PRO, also maybe try running the program as administrator.

shiny pokemon are all by chance. everyone has an equal chance of finding one, which is roughly 1/8192. some people are lucky to find them right away where others are not. there really is no "easy" way to find them sadly.
