Troubleshoot

Hello, I'm not using anything from the list above, the connection that I use on the PC is the same as the one I use on Android, only the silver server is in trouble, I can enter the gold server easily.

I have a problem entering the silver server, he said my account was banned, but I can log in to the Android client. I tried to sign in with another account, but still it didn't enter the server server and a notification was banned as well. thanks
