Sorry I managed to solve the problem

I have a problem when I use surf freezes and I can't move, and the only way to unlock is to logout. I have tried and without having a pokemon that has learned surfing and it doesn't crash, however I noticed that even if I have a pokemon with surf it is enough just to press towards the water that crashes can someone help me?
