but with an chance i can catch the mankey with the covet? or is there no chance because the first attacke wouuld be deleted for learning an new?

Hey Guys. I´m new here and want to do the rattata quest. officer said that mankey with covet can help me. But covet is one of 5 attacks mankey can learn with lv 1. so, can i found an mankey with covet on route 22 or can it just relearn the attack? thx for help.
