I guess it's normal,I was streaming on Twitch when I randomly got kicked out and couldn't join anymore,I guess the servers are under maintainance or they are just offline.

Might be a memory bug or video property that makes some images go white,try starting the app as administrator,or try reinstalling the application,or make sure your graphic card's drivers are updated.

Try starting the app as administrator,maybe it won't delete the link,or open the exe you find inside the folder,that's what I use.
