Riftripper

Ive been fishing and have caught over 20 magikarps. Ive noticed none of them have the rattled ability they all have swift swim. When I looked it up online it said rattled is a hidden ability. Ive seen certain magikarps on trade chat displaying rattled ability though. My questioni is if I want a moxie gyarados, will my magikarp state its ability is rattled or is it just a guessing game... Id like to think getting one with rattled wouldnt take longer than 20 attempts...
