I tried uploading the screenshot but it says the file is too big?..blocked? So i would have to call my service provider to have them unblock it? How would i set up VPN?

Im having trouble connecting with my android phone. I use wifi and it works but unable to connect on mobile data, please help. Also the page is kind of weird looking, on the upper left hand side it says "crypto edition" and doesnt have any of the usually links and info it usually has..not sure if it has anything to do with it
