Royaken

Hello everyone! I started this game back in 2018 I believe and haven't played much since either the end of 2018 or beginning of 2019. When I last played, I remember switching 'continents' (I think). I am currently in Kanto which is where I remember beginning the first time I played. I know I beat the league in one of the continents and had a number of items and mounts and some higher leveled pokemon, but I no longer have any of those things and I'm not sure what happened. I don't think I have another account or anything. If you ask me if I remember the pokemon I had at the time, I unfortunately do not. Also, my pokedex is super empty. Almost like I never played. I apologize if I have this thread in the wrong spot, but I'd very much appreciate the help T^T
